I'M IN!

DTS consists of three parts, but makes one whole life-changing experience.

Training Phase

Each week a new speaker joins the school to impart and invest in the spiritual formation of both DTS staff and students. Teaching weeks are focused on foundational topics like the character of God, recognizing God's voice, shaping a biblical worldview, spiritual warfare, frontier missions and many others.

As important as in-class teaching is, much of the hands-on learning happens outside of the classroom. Every week includes time spent in small groups, intercession, worship, community meals and serving the city alongside local ministries.

Outreach Phase

Next, travel to the nations to implement all that you have learned. Put into practice the skills and gifts that you have been cultivating during the Training Phase to share the love of Christ in unique settings, and come to know more of God’s heart for the world. Outreach activities are always specific to the location(s) and the team you are a part of.

Debrief/Re-Entry Phase

The final phase of DTS is for debrief and reflection on your experiences, testimonies, and transformative lessons. This is foundational to successfully transitioning into the next season and preparing you for what’s next: going to college, joining a YWAM ministry, or wherever God is leading you!
