Discipleship Training School (DTS) is a 5-month journey from the Tenderloin of San Francisco into the nations of the world. Know more of God: who He is, what He has done for us, and how we can live out His will wherever He calls us.

DTS consists of three parts, making one life-changing experience.
Training
The first phase focuses on spiritual formation and discipleship in community. Weekly, you’ll join worship and prayer times, small groups, one-on-one mentorship, and local ministry activities. Every week will bring new speakers who will join the school to teach on foundational topics of faith.
Outreach
The next phase, you’ll travel to the nations to implement all that you have learned, putting into practice the skills and gifts that you have been cultivating. As a team, you’ll come to know more of God’s heart for the world and share His love with those you meet. We focus on sending teams into the urban centers of the world.
Debrief
The final phase of your DTS is for debrief and reflection on your experiences. This important final step is foundational to set you up for success as you transition into your next season, whether that is getting a job, going to college, joining YWAM, or however God is leading you!

Each day during DTS will have these core elements: teaching time with our speaker of the week, formational practices (e.g. worship, prayer), community activities (e.g. small groups, meals together), local ministry opportunities, and free time.

DTS is intended to be time set aside to deepen your relationship with God and experience more of His heart for people. We don’t recommend dividing your attention between multiple focuses during your DTS, as your time and capacity will be stretched already.
