Year-end at YWAM San Francisco

Stepping into the Tenderloin is a visible change of environment. In the midst of difficulty, grows a unique and diverse community. From the many unhoused and disenfranchised individuals to immigrants and families, the Tenderloin is home to many. YWAM San Francisco seeks to be a light, a place of hope and dignity, a place for relationships that build to life change, through this we are pursuing Shalom. In this pursuit, we seek for neighbors to know Emmanuel, God with us.

Join us this year-end giving season as we continue this pursuit of Shalom, seeking ways to bring holistic peace to our neighbors. Together, we can see God’s Shalom intervene in lives, changing trajectories and healing hearts.

This year-end, not only do we need to see another $175,000 (as of Oct 1) come in to meet our budget, but additionally we need around $60,000* for vital construction work needed for our building substructure. Every dollar given will go towards serving the poor and marginalized, continuing our programs, and meeting the financial needs of the ministry.

Emmanuel: Empowering lives, Embracing hope. November 1st, 12:30pm | online via Zoom

If you missed the Zoom call with Shane Claiborne, you can catch it here! It was a wonderful time connecting about how we can live out the idea of Emmanuel, God with us, in all we do.

This call kicked off our year-end season of giving.

*The cost of construction needs could fluctuate as we are still working with engineers and construction companies on a plan that satisfies safety needs.
